if you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or something different from what you ordered, follow these steps to exchange it: if it has been more than 7 business days and the product has a defect or fault, please contact us.
Once we receive the email, we forward your request to our quality department for review. Authorization from this department will be required for a possible exchange. Once the review is complete, we will get back to you with our opinion and whether an exchange is necessary. The deadline for requesting an exchange for this reason is 90 days after receiving the product.
What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. is personalised or can't be resold by the Seller as made to the customer's specifications)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics
- Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks
